No, not at all. All levels are welcome! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular practitioner, Nisha tailors each session to suit individual needs.
Are online classes available?
Yes. We offer both online and in-person classes. Online sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
Can I join if I have an injury or medical condition?
Yes — but please consult your doctor first, and inform Nisha about your condition so she can offer safe modifications during the session.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Props like blocks or straps are optional but helpful — and may be provided in studio classes.
How long is each class?
Each session typically lasts 60 minutes, including warm-up, asanas, pranayama (breathing), and relaxation.
What styles of yoga are taught?
